By Default, The Offer Listing page in the Publisher Account Panel will show all the offers in Tabular Format
Publisher Panel -> Navigation Menu -> Offers -> All Offers
URL link: your-publisher-panel-domain.com/panel/offers

But if you wish to change this display to a Card View . you may activate this module 'Ad System - Publishers offer page Card View' .
After activating this module. this offer listing page will change in to Card Based Display.
There's will also be an option on the Top Left to switch to table view if needed
